BH Bikes Review

BH Bikes has been manufacturing bicycles since 1909, with an emphasis on mountain and speed bikes that can handle rough terrain. BH Bikes are designed to be able to climb steep, rough terrain and descend smoothly. The manufacturers used a metal forming technique that they learned from making guns in Eibar, a small town in Northern Spain. Modern technology makes BH Bikes an innovator in current cycling technology. The company created a new platform for a cycling team and ended up inventing the first monocoque carbon frame under 900mg. Since 2005, BH Bikes has been collecting bike of the year and road frame of the year awards. In 2009, the company opened its first US branch.

The company focuses on bikes and team gear. There are two basic types of construction utilized by BH Bikes, monocoque and tube to tube. Monocoque is the most common type of construction in the cycling industry, and makes the cycle framework extremely lightweight. Tube to tube uses separate tubes glued and connected by carbon, also an extremely lightweight bike frame. The brand offers a lifetime warranty from design defects, which is a testament to the company鈥檚 belief in their bikes.

BH Bikes takes part in a variety of races, winning the championship title in 2009. The teams are comprised of athletes from all over and there is even a US women鈥檚 team. There is also Ten Speed Drive racing that accepts people of all ages. This team is composed of riders from different skill backgrounds, and cyclists learn and advance their riding knowledge.

The cycling community loves BH Bikes. Riders boast about the brand鈥檚 light handling and ability to climb hills and steep inclines with little to no effort. In fact, some riders believe the bike can handle a lot more than the average rider gives to it. Most find the price to be competitive with other bikes on the market, with BH Bikes coming ahead in performance. The only problem a few riders seem to have is the integrated seat post that causes some saddle slippage when riding.
