amy is totally right! i've had some really good ones that are fun and time flies. then there are the ones where you think the instructor has a personal vendetta against you and listens to nothing but 70's hair rock.

If you want to stay in condition over the cold winter, get into the "right" spin class. Not all instructors are created equal, but the right class is a great fun and will keep your legs and cardio ready for spring.

If anybodys feeling like they've platoued in their biking routine, can't seem to push themselves to get bigger air, having a hard time completeing that last mile, fear holding them back from riding faster, etc, check out Tony Robbins "Get the edge" audio tapes. I swear to god this program will make you a better rider.
