The strength of its wheelsets lies on the quality of its rims, which are made of aircraft-grade aluminum, and the its durable inner tubes and tires.
 
From the Velocity Tires, Tubes and Wheels series comes the Velocity Deep-V Wheelset. It seals the deal when it comes to price and performance, according to reviews. This 700c wheelset has a wide palette of colors to choose from – good news for looks-conscious riders. The “deep-V” clincher rim supports black 14g stainless steel spokes and silver brass nipples. Works with standard Velocity hubs, but Campagnolo or Shimano lovers can use it as well. Comes in 650c size, too.
 
Velocity Dyad Wheelset is another Velocity’s proud creation for road tires and wheels. Built as a standard touring wheel, this can be configured as a road bike as well. Long-lasting and versatile, the wheel is supported by the premium Dyad Rim. It is laced with DT Swiss 14h stainless steel spokes and brass nipples. The rear wheel can fit a Velocity sealed bearing hubs, though it’s also compatible with Shimano or Campagnolo. This set comes in 32- or 36- spokes. A set weighs a total of almost 2000 grams.
