Finish Line is a bicycle manufacturing company which was started in the year 1984. Alan Bradley, was the founder of Finish Line, came up with the idea of starting a bicycle shop which offered high quality cycling products. In 1984 Alan Bradley opened the first shop of Finish Line and in this shop he made customer service a top priority. According to sources Alan Bradley liked customer service to be the top priority of any store. Sources say that he used to buy cycling products from stores where there was good customer service or better customer service than other stores. In his opinion he thought that if his store offered good customer service then people would definitely come into his store and buy the products from his store.
Finish Line store is located near Cal State University in California. One of the unique features of the store is that it is located on a 30 mile bike trail that runs along a River. This bike trail is very useful for customers into a test the bikes. The company has been manufacturing bikes more than 25 years now and they take pride in manufacturing top quality products like their bike lube. According to sources, many bikers love the location of the store and also products are sold by them. Unlike most other bicycle stores the difference of Finish Line is that they make customer service a top priority and not selling products.
