About American Classic Bike Parts

American Classic has its headquarters in Tampa, Florida. This company was founded by Bill Shook. American Classic started its business the early 1970s. Bill Shook was a mechanical engineer who did his Masters in Ohio State and pursued a career racing track bikes. In the 1970s Bill Shook was unable to qualify for the high performance components in the US and that's when he started this company - American Classic. This led him to discover new technology and develop advanced component designs that are much lighter, according to sources.
 
Sources say that some of his first inventions include a lightweight seat post and lightweight water bottles and cages. Since inception in the 1970s, American Classic has come a long way. They now produce many components for bikes such as bike wheels, hubs, bike cassettes, other accessories and even clothing lines. According to sources, all these components are first tested on in-house test data as well as the feedback from the rider. Only after careful consideration is given to all these factors, the final designs are implemented.
 
Sources say that wheels are manufactured by American Classic are given special attention to assure that the quality of the product is good, durable and provides extended life. American Classic has an innovative seatposts design which offers the riders the ability to adjust saddles according to their own comfort. There are many products are manufactured by American Classic and some of them are the American Classic Front Disc 130 Hub 32h QR Black, bike bearings, the Allen #104 S Premium 4 Bike Trunk Rack and the Allen Hitch display For Car Rack.
