American Cycle System, better known as ACS BMX is located in Duarte, California. The company was formed more than thirty years ago by Robert Hanson and Charles Stephens. Robert and Charles are engineers who are specialised in aerospace design. In the 1990s Keith Stephens joined the company after he worked with them as a test rider and explored the retail and the production units of the business. The company started out by making hubs for wheels in the 1980s.
 
Sources say that there were a variety of products that used to be manufactured buy the ACS BMX. Some of the products of the ACS BMX include products like freestyle parts as well. There are many parts introduced frequently to the company. And a lot of these products are no longer in production general various reasons. Sources say that the company today, focuses on items like freestyle bikes and even create parts for track bikes and racing bikes as well. Some of the other products of ACS BMX include wheels and tires, brake rims and other smaller components of bikes.
